I asked the employee working behind the counter which meat he recommends, he suggested ribs, so that is what I went with. I did a half-rack (I received 7 bones), along with corn on the cob and mac & cheese and wow, what a meal, I was stuffed! Great dry rub on the ribs. Their hickory and hot BBQ sauces were great, but not needed on the meat. I ended up using the sauce on the Texas toast though. I don't come through this way often, but when I do, this will make for a great pitstop! For those of you that care like I do, they have Pepsi and Mountain Dew on the fountain!June 04, 2016
